First

They say first impressions go a long way, right? Well, time's a wasting so here I go! I'm no good at coding, but I love a lot of other stuff! Art, toys, writing, anime, the old internet, video games, cartoons, books, music, podcasts, sprite animations, comics, and browsing the internet archive! I'm kinda embarassed to say I used to go online without my parent permission. It's interesting because I've seen the internet world change from the way it was when I was a kid with flash games and creations and custom sites to the way it is now. And that's why outside of my inability to get off twitter because it's the only place I can see cool mecha artwork I've decided to try out alternative social media sites!

Interests

Main interest is Pokemon but only generation 1-7 because those are more readily avaliable to me. I've taken a very deep dive into rom hacks but that's because a few years ago I had a breakdown during an online class and basically downloaded like 50 GB worth of hacks off a dubious site and have been slowly whittling them down in my free time. I have other interests like Sonic, Mega Man, Kirby, and other RPGs as I moved onto non Pokemon things. I'm also into playing mobile stuff but my devices have no room so I haven't had any time to do them anymore. I have a love and hate relationship with gachas. I have a tendency of getting really into a thing and then immediately droppping it once I lose interest. I'm also into playing those relaxing type of games like Animal Crossing and Tomadachi Life but uh... would you believe me if I said I minmaxed my island on ACNH for farming? Fun Fact: I was born on Pokemon Day!

I've bounced from forums, I used to be on smackjeeves webcomics and I helped out with the community backup of the comics. I have discord but I'm kinda burned out on it. Anything else? I watch a lot of anime, used to be into a lot of Precure before dropping off during Kirakira and I never caught up. Mostly my latest endavour has been properly watching the big three and occasionally just a season of an anime rather than trying to marathon every single thing at once. I am not sitting through all of Filler Hell. I have a lot of varied music taste where I'm always trying out new music whether it be by youtube recommend or browsing people's best lists. I also draw and write, I want to get into digital art with Ibis Paint and 3D with blender, but it hasn't been going well. I'm not much of a video learner unless I use it as background noise.

Other

On the more cynical side...I'm the kind of sporadic slacker type! My life... well, I was born into a questionable household of an overseas parent and lackadisical american parent and I have never been diagnosed in my life but I have had a lot of tendencies for fixations in the most inoppurtune times and have been described as a general inconvinience. I could talk about my childhood more and how it's bled into me being a generally weird adult but that's what therapy is for. As a person online though, I like to be the kind of person who doesn't login to a site for a long time and then I randomly drop a piece of information off and dissapear into the mist. Or I just don't leave. I guess that makes me like a cat. I also have a problem of dropping off the face of the earth and randomly leaving social groups because I fear I'm being annoying which was based on multiple IRL occurences where I was told I was annoying and no one cared about what I was saying.
